pk804 enforces mandatory CNIC-based identity verification for all accounts. Providing false, forged, or misleading identification documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any account found to have circumvented age verification will be permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at pk804's sole discretion.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on pk804. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and any other authentication factors associated with your pk804 account.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• Notifying pk804 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Ensuring that all personal information submitted during registration and KYC verification is accurate, complete, and up to date.

pk804 will never contact members by SMS, email, or live chat to request your password or OTP. Any communication purporting to be from pk804 that requests this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pk804 support immediately.

pk804 reserves the right to request updated identity verification documentation at any time during the life of an account. Failure to comply within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until compliance is achieved.

All deposits to pk804 are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk804 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and USDT (Tether). Payment method availability may vary and pk804 reserves the right to add or remove supported methods with reasonable notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• pk804 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the source of deposited funds as part of anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

Withdrawals from your pk804 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. Accounts with pending or rejected KYC documentation will have withdrawals suspended until compliance is achieved.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a financial security measure and cannot be overridden by member request.

pk804 offers various promotional incentives including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• All bonus offers are available to one account per household, device, and IP address. pk804 reserves the right to rescind bonuses where multiple accounts are suspected.
• Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn.

• pk804 reserves the right to limit, void, or decline any bet without providing a reason, particularly where suspicious betting activity, market manipulation, or data irregularities are suspected.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sportsbook markets and are displayed within the betting slip at the time of placement.
• Winning bets are settled within a reasonable time following the official conclusion of the relevant event. pk804 relies on recognised official data sources for settlement purposes.
• PSL and international cricket events are settled based on the official result recognised by the game's governing body, excluding the effect of any post-event regulatory action unless specifically stated otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk804 platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registration using false, forged, or borrowed identity documentation
• Operating more than one pk804 account simultaneously or sequentially
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or money laundering

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk804 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or winnings arising from platform downtime, technical malfunction, or service interruption
• Losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pk804 platform
• Losses attributable to third-party payment processing delays or errors outside pk804's direct control
• Losses arising from inaccurate personal information provided by the member during registration or KYC verification

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time. Members may close their pk804 account by submitting a written closure request through the account settings or via live chat support. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the member's verified withdrawal method, provided all identity verification requirements are satisfied and no outstanding responsible gaming restrictions apply.

pk804 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspicious account activity, failure to complete KYC verification, AML concerns, or technical integrity issues. Where an account is closed by pk804 for regulatory compliance reasons, balances may be withheld pending investigation completion.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk804 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising between a member and pk804 that cannot be resolved through pk804's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international gaming regulatory authority.

Members who wish to raise a formal complaint should contact pk804 support in writing. pk804 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a final response within 14 calendar days of receipt.

pk804 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk804 will display a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than 14 days prior to the revised Terms taking effect. It is your responsibility to review the current version of the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page and on the date banner above.

Your continued use of the pk804 platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the revision.
